💥 Effort Score
Rate every workout on a 0-100 scale relative to your personal norms
Booster
How Hard Was That — For You?
Every workout gets a personal difficulty score from 0 to 100, based on how it compares to your recent 14-day activity history.
Multi-Factor Analysis
Your score is calculated from heart rate, pace, duration, elevation gain, and training load — weighted and combined into a single number. If a signal is unavailable (e.g., no HR data), the remaining factors are weighted proportionally.
Adaptive Over Time
As your fitness changes, so does your baseline. A run that scored 75 three months ago might score 55 today — because you've gotten stronger.
