These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FitGlue's website, web application, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FitGlue, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Security practices. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
FitGlue is a fitness data orchestration platform available as a web application and mobile app (iOS and Android). The Service:
- Connects to third-party fitness platforms and health data sources you authorise (sources)
- Accepts uploaded fitness files (such as FIT files from Garmin and other devices)
- Syncs health data from Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect via the mobile app
- Enhances your activity data with additional insights and context (boosters)
- Syncs enriched data to your chosen destination platforms
- Generates shareable Showcase pages for individual activities
FitGlue acts as an intermediary that processes your data only as you direct.
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
FitGlue offers two tiers:
- Hobbyist (Free): Core functionality with limited boosters and integrations
- Athlete (Paid): Full access to all features, boosters, and integrations
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial of the Athlete tier. No credit card is required to start.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the application or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Hobbyist tier.
5. Your Data
You retain full ownership of your fitness and health data. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, transform, and transfer your data solely as necessary to provide the services you have requested. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.
When you disconnect an integration or delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- Acknowledge that the shared content is publicly viewable by anyone with the link
- Are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the content
- Can remove the Showcase page at any time, after which the content is no longer publicly accessible
